These are Microsoft Word worksheets for use in preliminary design. They are designed to be printed and given to your client to complete. You will receive two files: one for new residential projects and one for a remodel or addition to a residential project. They will ask questions that are designed to guide the project. New Client Worksheet Examples include, contact information, what type of windows do they prefer, is land acquired, what size rooms do they need, landscaping, are they interested in energy efficiency, etc.

The files are easy to edit for your office or projects. You will receive a ZIP file electronically to the email provided during checkout. The ZIP file will contain the two Microsoft Word files and two PDF files.
